Town Hall Meeting
Town hall meetings are held three ties a year to be sure communication flows between the Eliot community and its leaders.
The leadership shared what was heard in all the building conversations held this fall. Other topics of general interest to the Chapel include the Gaus property line.
The meeting was called to order by Eliot Board President, Matt Koch.

"Pursuit of Happiness"
When an unhappy American wrote his government that it was failing to make him happy, Benjamin Franklin is reported having written back, "The constitution only gives you the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself." What is a reasonable expectation of government when it comes to making us happy? Or protecting us from others? Or from ourselves?
This Tuesday, we get to exercise our sacred democratic process.
